Graduates earn 18 degrees, certificates from Shiloh University

About 66.7 percent of the 18 degrees and certificates handed out by Shiloh University in 2017-18 were to students in theology and religious vocations programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Kalona conferred 8 master's degrees and 3 certificates in theology and religious vocations programs.

But the single most popular program was for a master's degree in divinity/ministry. Data shows the school gave out 5 master's degrees in divinity/ministry, followed by 3 master's degrees in theology/theological studies and 3 certificates in "other" theological and ministerial studies.

The university enrolled 42 students for 2017-18, including 14 in undergraduate programs and 28 in graduate programs.
