Yoga offers physical and mental health benefits for people of all ages and fitness levels. Yoga combines physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles, promote flexibility and relieve stress. Yoga works everything!
Wellness opportunities are FREE for current students, faculty and staff. Classes are taught in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. Classes will reoccur weekly and not required to attend consecutively. All classes are located in the Aerobics room, upstairs in Clark Racquet Center unless otherwise noted. Please enter CRC through the ARC and proceed through the skywalk to Clark Racquet Center. The aerobics room is located on the upper level of the building next to the stairs.
