Q3: Center Point experienced a 5% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Center Point fell by $12,100 while total sales decreased by 56 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,900 - a five percent decrease from the $242,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Center Point in the third quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Center Point for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,019, approximately 1.3 percent of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2022.
