How did home prices perform in Mount Vernon during Q3?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Mount Vernon rose by $40,500 while total sales decreased by 13.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 15.3 percent increase over the $264,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Mount Vernon in the third quarter of 2021.
