Q3: Home prices in Robins increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Robins rose by $137,450 while total sales increased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $434,450 - a 46.3 percent increase over the $297,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Robins in the third quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Robins for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,496, approximately one percent of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2022.
