Lisbon home prices fell in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Lisbon fell by $81,475 while total sales decreased by 27.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,500 - a 34 percent decrease from the $239,975 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Lisbon in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Lisbon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,006, approximately 1.9 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
