Pricing for the median home in Center Point decreased during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Center Point fell by $25,550 while total sales decreased by 70.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,950 - a 13.8 percent decrease from the $185,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Center Point in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Center Point for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,019, approximately 1.9 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
