Home prices increased in Palo during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Palo rose by $500 while total sales decreased by 53.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,500 - a 0.2 percent increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Palo in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Palo for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,969, approximately 1.3 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
