Coggon median home prices rose by 36.6% in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Coggon rose by $37,500 while total sales decreased by 50 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 36.6 percent increase over the $102,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Coggon in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Coggon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,750, approximately 1.2 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
