How did home prices perform in Central City during Q2?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Central City rose by $26,535 while total sales increased by 22.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,535 - a 21.2 percent increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Central City in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Central City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,207, approximately 1.5 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
