Lisbon home prices fell in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Lisbon fell by $87,475 while total sales increased by 10 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,000 - a 36.5 percent decrease from the $239,475 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Lisbon in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Lisbon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,006, approximately two percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
