November 2021: Central City experienced a 26.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Central City rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 26.7% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Central City in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Central City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,207, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
