Median home prices in Center Point rose to $242,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Center Point rose by $52,000 while total sales increased by 92.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 27.4% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Center Point in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Center Point for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,019, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
