Palo home prices rose in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Palo rose by $77,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $292,250 - a 35.9% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Palo in September 2020.
