September 2021: Hiawatha experienced a 37.6% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Hiawatha fell by $103,500 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,500 - a 37.6% decrease over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Hiawatha in September 2020.
