Central City home prices fell in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Central City fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 4.2% decrease over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Central City in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Central City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,207, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
