Alburnett median home prices fell by 78.7% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Alburnett fell by $250,650 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,000 - a 78.7% decrease over the $318,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Alburnett in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Alburnett for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,387, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
