Central City home prices fall in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Central City fell by $39,550 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 24.8% decrease over the $159,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Central City in September 2019.

The median sales tax in Central City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,207, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for September 2020.
