Robins home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Robins fell by $6,200 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 2.5% decrease over the $251,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Robins in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Robins for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,496, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
