Robins home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Robins rose by $225,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 562.5% increase over the $40,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Robins in February 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Robins for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,496, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
