Lisbon home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Lisbon rose by $5,980 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,980 - a 3% increase over the $197,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Lisbon in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Lisbon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,006, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
