Central City home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Central City rose by $70,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 77.8% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Central City in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Central City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,207, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
