Walker home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Walker rose by $35,550 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,500 - a 29.2% increase over the $121,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Walker in October 2018.
