Alburnett home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Alburnett rose by $46,500 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 36.2% increase over the $128,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Alburnett in 2016.
