Lisbon home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Lisbon rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 41%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,500 - a 22% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Lisbon in 2016.

The median sales tax in Lisbon for 2017 was $3,006. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,939. This marks an increase of 2.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
