Coggon home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Coggon rose by $17,467 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,500 - a 19.4% increase over the $90,033 median sale price for the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Coggon in 2016.
