Lisbon home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Lisbon fell by $19,500 while total sales increased by 17.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,000 - a 12.8% decrease over the $152,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Lisbon in 2017.

The median sales tax in Lisbon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,006, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for 2018.
