Lisbon home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Lisbon fell by $32,500 while total sales increased by 11.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 21.3% decrease over the $152,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Lisbon in the first half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Lisbon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,006, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2018.
