Palo home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Palo fell by $3,750 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,750 - a 1.9% decrease over the $196,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Palo in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Palo for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,969, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
