Center Point home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Center Point fell by $13,700 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,000 - a 9.3% decrease over the $147,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Center Point in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Center Point for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,019, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
