Springville home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Springville rose by $70,750 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 64.8% increase over the $109,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Springville in the third quarter of 2017.
