Lisbon home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Lisbon fell by $20,750 while total sales increased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,500 - a 12.9% decrease over the $160,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Lisbon in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Lisbon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,006, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
