Alburnett home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Alburnett fell by $8,000 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,000 - a 4.2% decrease over the $191,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Alburnett in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Alburnett for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,387, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
