Robins home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Robins fell by $182,450 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,500 - a 38.8% decrease over the $469,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Robins in January 2017.
