Central City home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Central City rose by $11,050 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,750 - a 12.5% increase over the $88,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Central City in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Central City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,207, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
