Hiawatha home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Hiawatha rose by $43,100 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,000 - a 41.1% increase over the $104,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Hiawatha in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Hiawatha for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,889, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
