Hiawatha home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Hiawatha fell by $98,500 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $91,500 - a 51.8% decrease over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Hiawatha in April 2017.
