Central City home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Central City rose by $34,250 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,000 - a 33% increase over the $103,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Central City in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Central City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,207, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
