Lisbon home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Lisbon fell by $28,450 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 20.5% decrease over the $138,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lisbon in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Lisbon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,006, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
