Marion home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Marion rose by $319 while total sales decreased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 134 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,750 - a 0.2% increase over the $167,432 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 140 homes sold in Marion in June 2017.
