Hiawatha home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Hiawatha fell by $67,750 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,750 - a 29.6% decrease over the $228,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Hiawatha in June 2017.
