Fairfax home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Fairfax fell by $37,550 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,950 - a 25.6% decrease over the $146,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Fairfax in June 2017.

The median sales tax in Fairfax for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,172, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
