Central City home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Central City rose by $38,950 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 76.3% increase over the $51,051 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Central City in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Central City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,207, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
