Central City home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Central City rose by $59,500 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 74.8% increase over the $79,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Central City in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Central City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,207, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
