Marion home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Marion rose by $22,300 while total sales decreased by 16.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 15.9% increase over the $140,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Marion in December 2017.
