The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Center Point rose by $19,000 while total sales decreased by 17.9%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Central City rose by $113,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold.

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Robins rose by $12,000 while total sales increased by 5%.
