Central City home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Central City rose by $113,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 353.1% increase over the $32,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Central City in June 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Central City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,207, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
