The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Cedar Rapids rose by $18,000 while total sales increased by 8.9%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Palo rose by $24,600 while total sales decreased by 33.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Lisbon fell by $32,500 while total sales increased by 11.5%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Ely fell by $30,314 while total sales decreased by 15.8%.
