On Saturday, March 1, former John F Kennedy High School standout Mankato East’s current college team, the South Dakota State Jackrabbits, won 12-11 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Sacramento State Hornets.

The game took place at John Smith Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Hornets this season.

The Jackrabbits’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 6 p.m. at Billiken Sports Center against Saint Louis Billikens.
