Monticello High School standout Lizzie Stiverson’s college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Saturday, Feb. 22

On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Monticello High School standout Lizzie Stiverson’s current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, won 4-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Central Michigan Chippewas.

The game took place at Dail Softball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Chippewas this season.

The Fighting Illini’s next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 12:30 p.m. at Dail Softball Stadium against North Carolina State Wolfpack.
